DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

Whilst we are working with excellent delivery partners, and we are all working hard to get your orders to you, there may be times when parcels are delayed in the delivery process. Please be assured that we will always endeavour to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

Import Taxes

For international customers, the prices which you see on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include any of the local import taxes applicable to your country. Items sent internationally outside of Australia may be subjected to import taxes such as Custom, VAT, custom processing fees and courier release fees. Please ensure you are aware of any customs, import tax, duties and other charges which are applicable in your country. As these fees are the responsibility of the buyer, Kaur Kauture will not accept claims in relation to any import taxes and will not be held responsible for these costs. If not sure, please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all site policies, terms and conditions are read and understood prior to purchasing.

If the buyer does not agree to the terms, it is strongly recommended that they do not enter into a legally binding contract (i.e. the purchase).

Shipping International / Outside Australia

We ship from Melbourne, Australia. For all shipping outside of Australia, transit times vary between:

  • Regular Shipping: 7 – 12 business days depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: 2 – 5 business days depending on location.

Transit time refers to the time it takes between the time we have dispatched your parcel until the time it arrives to your delivery address, or local sorting centre. Depending on your country extra time may be required through customs clearance.

All times mentioned are approximate and do not include processing times.

Australia Post Delivery Terms and Conditions (International)

This service is Authority to Leave, which means that the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place on your premises without a signature.

If the parcel is unable to be delivered safely, the parcel will be returned to sender.

Please choose this service carefully, as we are not liable for loss, damage or theft if you choose a non-secure delivery service (i.e. no signature on delivery). If you wish to have a secure delivery service, please contact us before making the purchase to ensure we are able to provide you with this option.

REFUSED / UNCLAIMED MAIL / RESHIPMENT

For International customers, if the parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer's error, or if a customer refuses to pay the required Customs/Import Fees applicable to their country, fails to arrange delivery with the courier company or fails to pick up the parcel from the collection point and the parcel becomes returned to sender (RTS), Kaur Kauture will contact the customer with advice on the cost for RTS, which the customer is wholly responsible for. If the customer would like their purchase re-shipped, Kaur Kauture will also advise on the cost of re-shipment. Both the RTS fee and re-shipment fee must be paid, along with providing the correct delivery address, prior to re-shipment.

FAULTY ITEMS

Quality is our priority and we will do everything we can to make sure all products are quality checked before dispatch.

However, we are all human and we might miss things!

So if you do receive a faulty item, send us an email with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will assess and get back to you as soon as possible. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Kaur Kauture's discretion.

REFURNS / EXCHANGE CRITERIA

All returns are at the cost of the buyer.

In order for us to process any refund, please make sure that the garment is in the original condition you received it, particularly noting the below:

  • Tags still attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained
  • Unperfumed

Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.

We are happy to accept exchanges for our overseas customers or to an order which was shipped outside of Australia. This must be done within 30 days of the purchase. Any returned items must be sent back in brand new condition with all labels attached. Kaur Kauture does not accept items that have been worn or damaged.

For exchanges, you will be required to place and pay for a new order through our website. Upon receiving your original order back to us, a full refund will be issued back to your card of purchase less any freight/postal costs (if applicable). Refunds are issued back to the same credit card which was used to make the purchase and in no other way.

These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Make sure your items meet our returns criteria.

You have 30 days to post your return back to us, starting from the day you receive your order. After the 30 day period has lapsed, the sale is final.

Please reply back to your 'order confirmation' email letting us know if you are returning items for a refund or if exchanging, please state the following:

  • Which item/s you are returning
  • Which item/s you would like to exchange for as we will hold this item/ s for you
  • If exchanging for a different size, please state which size you require to be shipped back to you

Please mail the item back to us on the below address. Please use the satchel which your item was originally shipped in. You can turn this satchel inside out or simply stick the new shipping label on top of the original one. If you have destroyed the original satchel, you will need to purchase a new satchel. Kaur Kauture will not be liable for the cost of any packaging you provide to send the item back to us.

Once we receive the items, we will assess the eligibility and inform you of the outcome.
