DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.
Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
Flat rate $10 for all orders under $100 AUD.

All packages across Australia are delivered via the Australia Post express service.
You will be provided with a tracking number for your package with the shipping confirmation email.
All orders will be dispatched by the next business day from the day you placed your order.
Please triple check all your delivery details before placing your order, and ensure you provide a mobile number so we can contact you if there are any delivery related queries.
If we are delivering to an apartment complex, please ensure it is safe to leave the package in letterbox or with the building concierge. If it is not safe to leave please put down a different address for package delivery.
PLEASE NOTE- we are not liable for missing packages if they are delivered and deemed safe to leave in your letterbox or at building concierge by the delivery driver.
We will not be sending out an invoice with your order - you will receive an electronic copy of your invoice/purchase record, so please make sure to keep a copy of it.
Kaur Kauture is not responsible for the loss of goods in transit or stolen goods from your delivery address once safely delivered by courier. We will not be held liable for money compensation or refund of goods for loss by courier or stolen goods. As a merchant, we will provide a valid tracking number for all orders, once the order is shipped the liability of delivery is in the trusted hands of our courier affiliates. Therefore, please be mindful of the delivery address, if it is not a safe address and there is a risk of goods being stolen i.e apartment building or shared mailbox spaces please use a different delivery address or P.O. Box.
Please ensure that you triple check the address provided with your order! If a package is returned to us because the delivery address provided was incorrect, we will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping costs before we will send the package again. Kaur Kauture will not be liable for the cost of reshipping in this instance.
REFUSED / UNCLAIMED MAIL
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
We offer free returns on our full price clothing items. Please note this does not include accessories (belts or earrings) and does not apply to faulty items.
All returns must comply with our returns criteria and be shipped to us within a 14 day period. After the 14 day period has lapsed, the sale is final and refunds will not be processed.
Should the items returned not comply with the returns criteria, Kaur Kauture reserves the right to refuse refunds.
We do not process refunds on sale items. Refer to exchange details below.
If you require an exchange of another size in the same style please send us an email in accordance with the returns criteria and instructions below. Once we assess the items to be in accordance with the returns criteria, we will ship out the new item.
Should the items returned not comply with the criteria below, Kaur Kauture reserves the right to refuse exchanges. All sale items can be exchanged as long as the items are shipped back to us in their original condition within a 14 day period. After the 14 day period has lapsed, the sale is final.
Quality is our priority and we will do everything we can to make sure all products are quality checked before dispatch.
However, we are all human and we might miss things!
So if you do receive a faulty item, send us an email with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will assess and get back to you as soon as possible. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Kaur Kauture's discretion.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE CRITERIA
In order for us to process your return or exchange, please make sure that the garment is in the original condition you received it, particularly noting the below:
- Tags still attached
Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Make sure your items meet our returns criteria.
You have 14 days to post your return back to us, starting from the day you receive your order. After the 14 day period has lapsed, the sale is final.
Please reply back to your 'order confirmation' email letting us know if you are returning items for a refund or if exchanging, please state the following:
- Which item/s you are returning
- Which item/s you would like to exchange for as we will hold this item/ s for you
- If exchanging for a different size, please state which size you require to be shipped back to you
We will then issue you with instructions and a pre-paid returns label. Please use the satchel which your item was originally shipped in. You can turn this satchel inside out or simply stick the new label on top of the original one. If you have destroyed the original satchel, you will need to purchase a new satchel. Kaur Kauture will not be liable for the cost of any packaging you provide to send the item back to us.
Once we receive the items, we will assess the eligibility and inform you of the outcome.
